The member of staff who served us was very good. He knew his product range well and was able to communicate his knowledge well, without being pushy. I also liked the machine that my son layed on that calculated what mattresses would be best for him.

We didn't feel pressured as we initially looked round the store, which was very important. Then we spoke to Adam who helped us try out the 'computer test' to see what type of bed we preferred, and even let us run it again for just my wife on her own. We spent two hours going back and forwards, and never felt under any pressure. He was very knowledgeable. Even past the store's normal closing time we still hadn't decided, until finally after checking delivery times we made a purchase two hours after coming in. He must be the most patient person in the world !

My wife and I are happy with our purchase from Dreams, all thanks to Adam who was able to get us a product we were happy with.

We were very limited on the size of bed which would fit our room. The member of staff pointed out each type of bed which would meet our requirements.

We found David who served us to be, polite, knowledgeable and not at all pushy in any way. He actually found the perfect balance of what we needed, in terms of leaving us alone to talk and think and when to engage again. We didn't intend to make a purchase that day. If it wasn't for David, we would've left without buying anything.

The store had an excellent variety of brands and styles to suit most peoples budget. I was iimpressed with your store staff who were friendly and very helpfull.

Staff were polite but not too pushy. There was no obligation to buy. The member of staff we dealt with appeard to be very knowledgable. He was very friendly and allowed time for us to ask questions. We were offered the opportunity to have our specific needs tested which allowed him to reccomend the right products for us. He offered us refreshments while we were making our decision and sale.
