Friendly salesman Knew all the products he showed us and we were tested for comfort on a bed simulator which highlighted the best beds for our comfort, very impressive

Excellent service from Baz. Friendly atmosphere in the store and time was taken to fully understand my needs from posture, breathability and temperature regulation of mattresses, was offered refreshments and he was patient and took time to show a variety of products and pricing. Discussed access into property and chose appropriate bed and mattress to enable delivery. Showed headboards and swatches, and went through the order thoroughly with clear communication offering optional services and discounts on further products. Did not feel pressurised into buying. Well done!

Very friendly and professional staff not pushy, explained everything and asked if we wanted to try the testing bed which i did and it helped with getting the right bed.We have used the store before and never had any problems, great to not be pushed into buying something.

Scott was extremely attentive. Showed us a variety of different options and products of different price points. The staff also helped entertain our 2 year old and 5 year old which allowed us to focus a bit more on deciding which product to buy.

Annette was very helpful in finding us the perfect mattress. She guided us through the diagnostic machine and helped compare the different options explaining the advantages of each product. We were also given a free duvet and a mattress protector which we were very happy about.

We were greeted at the door, in Shrewsbury by Wez. He said if we need help he’s there to assist and then left us browse at our leisure. He checked we were ok then we proceeded to take his help and expertise in choosing the right product for us. Sale went smoothly and we found all the staff at Shrewsbury very friendly. Highly recommend
