Efficient,friendly and no pressure selling

David (Shrewsbury Store) was the upmost professional, courteous and knowledgable throughout our visit.

From the moment we entered the store we were looked after by Pete, who offered us beverages and was friendly and very knowledgable in relation to the products without being pushy.

Received a lot of help from the shop assistants who knew how to advise without being forceful.

Wesley was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to us, going through things several times and often repeating himself to satisfy all of our questions. Thoroughly recommend. (We visited the Shrewsbury branch at Sundorne Retail Park on 18th January 2020)

we were met immediately in the shop by Adam. who listened to what we wanted and the put us on the diagnostic bed. which narrowed down the type of bed that would be best for our needs. He was very patient with us as we tried all the beds recommended before we finally made up our minds. he then suggested several pillows for our type of sleeping position. All in all we had a very pleasant shopping experience.

Wesley was great - classic salesman but really helpful. Didnt intend on buying anything but with Wesley's help, was able to get what I needed quickly and easily.

Dave the store manager was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, assessed our needs and suggested the right product for us. Dealt with us in a timely fashion and kept an overview of the store too
