Staff were great with my elderly mother, showed her a good range of products in varying price ranges

The gentleman serving me took a huge amount of time explaining all the different types of bed and mattress until I found what I wanted. He was also able to answer all my questions. He was exceedingly patient and a very pleasant person. Definitely to be commended.

The customer service we received from Scott was exceptional. We went into the store knowing nothing about mattresses or what we wanted and came out with the perfect mattress for us. He made the whole process easy and stress free. I even learnt a lot about the science behind mattresses as well which helped us make our final decision.

We we’re assisted from the second we entered the store to the second we left , we were not pressured into buying anything at all but we’re given the help that we needed to find a bed that suited our needs

What we saw on line was available in store and aside from the IT glitch, everything went smoothly. The store went out of its way to meet our required timeslot for delivery and in fact improved upon this. GREAT customer service and so satisfaction!
