They were very helpful was offered a test bed to find out my needs was offered a drink and was shown to the correct matres which i loved then was shown the bed frame to my need and was very informative and placed the order , now since this is my second purchase from dreams proves that i am really happy with the service and quality of the bed we had and looking forward to receive this one for the spare bedroom . Staff were excellent can not fault them . overall pleased with both my purchases and can strongly recommend Dreams to friends and family . Excellent thank you

We spoke with two colleagues, both of whom took a lot of time and care to explain products to us and understand what we wanted. We were shown the sleepmatch system and then had Wes take us through the options. He was very patient as we tried everything a number of times, he was friendly and attentive throughout and had a lot of knowledge about the products.

We returned to the store having been so pleased with the assistance and advice we had received from David when purchasing a new bed for our son in January. David's extensive knowledge enabled us to find the right mattress and base that was the best fit for us.
