He explained the additional services (insurance, 30day night exchange) well and we understood completely. He didn’t pressure us to buy and let us browse in between questions. We were greeted by Wesley who asked what we were looking for,then advised us our options and showed us different products until we were happy,there was no pressure to buy,when we placed the order it was sorted out in a friendly manner to which we left very content
