I was very satisfied with the serves I received by Charlotte she was friendly, helpful ,and not pushy.

My wife and i visited the Dreams shop in Shrewsbury today looking to purchase two single Mattresses. We where greeted by a member of staff named David, who I have to say during the whole experience was outstanding. His manner and knowledge of the products where second to none, we purchased our items and at the same time enjoyed the experience.

First visit to a retail store for my husband who is recovering from major surgery so we were extremely anxious. However, we had no worries due to the measures in place and attentive sale staff.

First visit to a retail store for my husband who is recovering from major surgery so we were extremely anxious. However, we had no worries due to the measures in place and attentive sale staff.

Our assistant was Adam, very helpful, courteous, friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable about the mattresses we were advised to try out by the Sleepmatch machine. He took us through the buying process very quickly and even advised us that we were also entitled to a Defence Service Discount, which we didn't think to mention. So hats off to him for that !! He explained that he couldn't offer tea or coffee, but did offer us bottled water.
