Great experience from first entering, all the way through to the purchase. David from the Shrewsbury store listened, educated, and guided us through the entire process of what can otherwise be a minefield of options. My wife and I never felt pressured or pushed to make our purchase, but instead heeded the advice given by both David and the mattress diagnosis system (also incredible).
