Excellent help from the staff, they understood my needs and my budget and worked hard to find the right combination of products for me.

The lady who dealt with us was very competent and knowledgable but was not too pushy. We felt well looked after and were happy with our purchase.

Our salesman, Scott, was polite and helpful and did not try to push us towards the most expensive products. He seemed to know the products well and was attentive and patient whilst we made decisions. A positive and very productive visit for us.

Informative staff allowed me to weigh up pros and cons of each mattress to help must narrow down our choices. Big help to be honest.
