Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff who understood our needs by effectively listening. Nothing was too much trouble. Social distancing and all covid 19 related safety measures were complied with too.

Charlotte was great. Charlotte listened to what I wanted and was able to advise me without being pushy. I have worked in customer service and managed teams and I can honestly say if Charlotte was a member of my staff I would be proud. Brilliant customer service and well worth reward and recognition.
