Davi8d who looked after us was very politie, knowledgable, experianced at his jos, well mannerd, coudnt have wished for better service for what we required put us both at ease , nothing could have been any better at thios store

Dave was very knowledgeable, making us feel confident with our final decision. He went through the buying process methodically checking each step with us that we were happy, but not taking too much time about it. He was very professional but also very friendly.

We entered the store with absolutely no idea what type of mattress we were looking for. Adam gave us time to look around but then asked if we 2anted to use the sleep match! This was beyond helpful as we then knew what type of mattress suited us, we then tried a few of the recommended mattresses and with the help of Adam managed to narrow it down. He was really helpful but not pushy like many other sales people. We went home measured up as we were looking for just a king, after trying the mattresses we decided to go super king and I returned today to make a purchase, I was really pleased Adam was in store again and remembered what we had discussed.
