All staff members we dealt with, in particular Wes and David took a great deal of time making sure we could try all of the exact combinations we weare considering. They were helpful and friendly but not pushy giving us time to consider our purchase. When placing order over the phone, the woman we talked to (sorry didn’t get her name) was meticulous in making sure all the details were correct and we had all the info we needed. We really felt like valued customers.

We were greeted, asked what we were looking for and pointed in the right direction to try mattresses using personal protective covers and sanitised pillows. Hand sanitiser available on store entry. We also used the mattress IT programme. When required an assistant talked us through the mattresses we had pinpointed in helping us make a decision. This was done in a friendly efficient manner. We were more than happy with the cost of the product we chose. We felt safe, important and informed.

I was helped by a woman called Charlotte who immediately showed me to the machine which tells me what type of mattress I was best suited to and then took me round all of the results and then placed my order, I was in the shop for around 15 minutes max and the whole thing was extremely painless and easy
