Helpful staff,but it was really busy,which spoiled it a little

We came to Dreams as we needed to purchase a mattress and wanted some informed advice about what to go for. Your staff member Scott was very friendly and relaxed and really took his time to help us find something that suited what we needed. We really enjoyed the interactive diagnostic bed! We had our toddler with us and Scott could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We ended up purchasing a new mattress with the pillows to boot. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the products and how much he listened to what we liked and didn't like to make suggestions of mattresses to try.

Great customer service, knowledge,products and payment terms explained well

We were greeted by a member of staff, politely asked if we need any assistance . We were shown to the Sleep Match bed and explained its operation. After the Sleep Match we tried several different mattresses before placing an order. It was explained that there was no substitute for trying it at home and inform that we could try it at home and if not fully satisfied within the timescale it could be returned. Even though this was immediately after the New Year the staff were very helpful.

I worked into Meole Brace Dreams with my family, trying to find a new mattress but was unsure of what I needed or where to start. My 3yo boy started getting impatient so Scott popped over and gave my son a children's book which kept hik entertained and let me and my girlfriend look at the mattresses. Whilst Scott was dropping off the book he asked if there was anything he could help with, I told Scott I had no idea what I was doing. Scott talked through mattresses with me and my girlfriend, we lay down on the sleep match bed and then Scott talked us through the process and helped us pick a mattress. As the mattresses suited to us we expensive we decided to leave to think about it but returned within half an hour to make the purchase. Scott's knowledge was impeccable and his manor was fantastic, he was not pushy at all and made the process a pleasure. I cannot recommend highly enough and if asked by friends or family I would tell them to ask for Scotr
