I dealt with Adam to begin wi on our first visit, He was very friendly knowledgeable and not pushy in any way, on our return to the store this time to make the order Adam was t there, but we were greeted by Wes ( I think ) and again he was very friendly, offered advice, and made the transaction very smooth and we would 100% recommended... thank you again 😊

We thought it was all good, the staff friendly and helpful. Very disappointed at the lead time. The time to place the order was too long up selling services and products is extremely irritating

Myself and my partner went into dreams not knowing much at all about mattresses, or the importance of having a good supportive mattress. The store manager in Shrewsbury spent a long time with us answering any questions we had, no matter how insignificant the questions seemed. We both came away feeling very satisfied and with a good product knowledge.
