Dreams - Shrewsbury

The salesman who looked after us was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We visited the store a few weeks back and met with Charlotte who spent a good amount of time showing us a range of products. We wanted the deacon bed which was not in display in Shrewsbury but was in Telford so she advised us to go there first to see it. As Charlotte was so helpful we decided to return to her to purchase the deacon bed. Charlotte recognised us immediately and even remembered what was were looking at without checking on any notes. Amazing service from Charlotte and she was chatty and smiley (even through a mask!) throughout and made us feel at ease with the covid situation. Thank you so much Charlotte!

I dealt with Adam to begin wi on our first visit, He was very friendly knowledgeable and not pushy in any way, on our return to the store this time to make the order Adam was t there, but we were greeted by Wes ( I think ) and again he was very friendly, offered advice, and made the transaction very smooth and we would 100% recommended... thank you again 😊
