the store assistant was extremely friendly and welcoming,we didn't feel rushed and gave us a wide choice of mattresses to try cleaning them before we lay on them,he was very knowledgable and helpful,he made us feel very relaxed, when we had made our decision he sat down with us and offered us a coffee he explained what would happen next and delivery options, I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was the guy from yorkshire.

We were greeted on entry by Adam, and after sanitizing our hands our experience was very personal. Adam offered the dream match for my sons new mattress and offered my son and I bottled water. He gave us his undivided personal attention, answering all our queries and took the time to go through every choice available to ensure we had the product best suited. So much that at completion, my son was left with no doubt he had the correct bed and extras needed. Again during payment he offered water, managed expectations over the timing and the completion of our purchase was exactly why I returned to Dreams. Adam closed by mentioning the survey, but with the emphasis on completing it to improve future customer satisfaction.
