On both visits both Wes and Adam were really good .they apologised for delay which wasnt long ofered me a drink.Really knowledgeable and helpful.Really nice to go into a store that made shopping a good experience.Gave good advice and explained everything well

the store assistant was extremely friendly and welcoming,we didn't feel rushed and gave us a wide choice of mattresses to try cleaning them before we lay on them,he was very knowledgable and helpful,he made us feel very relaxed, when we had made our decision he sat down with us and offered us a coffee he explained what would happen next and delivery options, I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was the guy from yorkshire.
