I called the store and spoke to Charlotte. She took interest and asked. A lot of questions. We decided that I would visit the store later in the day and by the time I arrived, Charlotte had researched all the things we discussed plus more options and had everything written out to discuss with me. Her manner was clear and friendly and I didn’t feel hard sold at all. The knowledge of products was great and I felt like I was making an informed decision. Going through the order, Charlotte was super clear and never sounded bored or condescending as often happens in such places - very happy

The gentleman who served me wes extremely helpful and although he found a visor uncomfortable he used one as I am very deaf and need to see a persons mouth. he was also a very pleasant person to deal with
