Both assistants were cheerful and helpful with both ourselves and the other customers in the store. they weren't pushy but gave us the facts we were looking for.

I was very satisfied with the help I received from your staff member. My difficulty arose when I selected the delivery date and realised that another family member would have to be advised of the delivery time as I was away working. The telephone number on your records was duly amended by your member of staff. After I received a text message I called the Dreams store who checked the records and advised that the alternative number was on the records. However on the delivery date I still received a call about the delivery. Fortunately I happened to be available to receive the call. The fault is with your system, not your staff.

Because when an item is advertised as "Take home today" I would expect to be able to take it home on the day of purchase not up to 2 weeks later!!

I went instore in Shrewsbury to buy a mattress. All i wanted to do was grab one, pay, leave. What i thought would be an easy 2 second transition, turned out to be a 10-15 minute invasion of privacy with a sales assistant that seemed up his own backside, and looked at me like i was an idiot.

We had in mind the bed we wanted but waited ages for one of the 2 staff members to come and help us decide. One was busy which was fair enough but the other just sat at his computer n shuffling paper doing nothing. After 15 minutes I got his attention and he came over and we asked various questions which he knew none of the answers. His reply was "I know about matresses". We left and went to another shop as we had our 1 year old who was getting impatient by now. I returned alone and managed to eventually order and place a deposit on the bed (one of the most expensive in store I may add, not that it should make any difference). We went into another Dreams store yesterday and had a different experience but this store nearly lost you over £1800 on the bed and £2500+ on a matress.

I ordered a bed on the basis that it could be delivered on 24/10/2016 and amended my colour choice in order to have the bed delivered on this day as I had a guest coming to stay. I ordered and paid for a bed and was told it would be delivered on 24/10/2016. 2 days later I received a telephone call advising me that I could no longer receive the bed on this date and the earliest delivery date would be 26/10/2016. This is not what was agreed in the store and I have now had to tell my guest that they cannot come to stay on the 24th.

Your company has mistaken me for someone else who happens to have the same name as me. I received an email invoice copy informing me I'd made a purchase of over 2 thousand pounds in your Shrewsbury store on Saturday. Firstly I've never been to Shrewsbury so I contacted the store asking to speak to the manager I spoke to Peter dawson i informed him a mistake had been made which he said was not possible as he had my details so following my lengthy investigation with both him and my bank a mistake has emerged I rang Peter back and he said it would be sorted yet I'm still getting emails about the purchase from you please call me urgently on 07858751016 thank Graham Brown
