Dreams - Shrewsbury

I was satisfied with my shopping experience at the Shrewsbury Branch with friendly staff

I wanted a discount as I was spending a lot and had cash with me.

Would have preferred more choice of bed frame, though good choice of mattress.

The service we received from Carl was excellent - but not as our bed wil not be delivered until 12th June (our choice) the final 'leg' of the service journey has yet to be completed - hence the score.

The layout of the shop is a little crammed although I appreciate the size of the items for sale restricts this. There seemed to be no structure to where the different bed types were displayed.

Would of liked to be able to purchase mattress from the store & taken home instead of having to pay nearly £40.00 for delivery!

I just think if your using it as a showroom then you should dress it up as a showroom, because beds side by side just seems a bit drab, if you where selling a house you would have a show house which is all done out, you know the wow factor, but that's just my opinion

Our last bed from dreams only lasted a couple of years and we are not sure if we have bought the right product this time. The help from Carl was excellent and we hope the bed is OK for us.

"Highly satisfied" requires outstanding service!!
