The service was of a standard one expects but rarely gets. It was not above and beyond this standard, therefore, I have not rated it as Highly Satisfied.

Generally very satisfied. The delivery cost is rather high considering we are less than 10 miles from the store.

I do not give Highly Satisfied lightly, surveys interpret such things as as 'perfect' experience. Shopping at Dreams on 3rd January cannot be a 'perfect' experience as customer demand is high. Staff are under pressure to deal with customers/sell and on this day your computer system was very slow due to demand. My scoring is a reflection on Dreams generally - not on the service we received at this score particularly.

discount offered until 28/12/2015. Then further discounts offered 2/3 days later! Cannot understand why additional discount kept quiet during our visit on 27/12/2015

THE ORDER WAS SPECIFIC AND PLACED OVER THE TELEPHONE SO SOME OF THE QUESTIONS WERE NOT REALLY RELEVANT. THE PERSON WHO TOOK MY ORDER WAS FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL.

The shop was being refurnished and considering the state of the store the young man named peter was very helpful and explained every thing .
