Mainly for the use of the term ''the colleague'' in your survey, it's as if the worst superhero ever has got themselves into a spot of bother and decided to make a bit of extra money working at dreams as a sales assistant. Other than that, the service was great and the lad helping was very knowledgeable.

The sales person was great gave us info and a drink but he wouldn't leave us alone. Every 3/5 minutes he kept coming over and we felt annoyed and prrssured

the service was good but felt a little pushy when I said I will speak to my wife and come back tomorrow I was told I might not get the same deal as the other salesman was about to close a deal and the weeks target would be hit this put me off a bit when your spending this much money this does not help

Found the mattresses to be a little on the expensive side, compared to other places.

The staff were fantastic. However, when checking online for the size of the bed, I find that had I ordered on line delivery would have been free. I am therefore disappointed I was charge nearly £40.00 for this in store. It should be the same regardless of whether you go into store or order on line.

We knew exactly what we wanted/needed. The colour guide instore made it really easy. Pete was with us instore. He was a nice enough young chap. Could smile more though. He was telling us about his love for everton. Pete did make a few comments about needed are order for job security?? But all was ok and we got what we wanted wasy enough
