It was fine, I was gong to buy a bedframe, so nothing too exciting-highly satisfied is not an adjective I would use for shopping

The only reason for not being Highly satisfied is the length of time until delivery, however is on our side not yours due to getting time of work for you to deliver

We only went in for a bed headboard and we were quite satisfied with the service just because I have not put highly satisfied does not mean we will not use the store again your staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful but it was a short visit.

The member of staff I was served by was excellent. However, the other members of staff sitting around together sniggering was a bit off putting.

Delivery time slots could be more specific. I.e half hour slots.

felt slightly under pressure at time , being watched whilst lying on bed . Need more time alone to get a feel for the beds . Maybe

The staff were excellent and very helpful. If you had a very satisfied category I would have selected that. We had looked in a nearby Dreams the day before and this store we bought from were better. Overall experience considering both stores was satisfactory.
