I felt the sales assistant assisting us was slightly too pushy on selling us additional extras

I was very satisfied

No experience is perfect but Dreams staff (Pete) were a lot more helpful and approachable than bensons next door.

I never give highly satisfied as this then gives room for improvement.

Probably rated between satisfied and highly satisfied!

I was given time to browse then Adam came over offered me a drink and than asked what i was actually needing .Then he pointed out the type of bed i was looking for gave me time to try them out and explained how the bed was made. wnen i was sure of the bed i was buying i went to pay Adam was very patient and attentive . This is the second time i have used Dreams and i am pleased to say the customer service i received was much better this time and i would certainly recommend Dreams to anyone . Thank you

some of the items we wanted to order were not available to be seen before we ordered. it would have been good to see it before ordering. so we left it for later time.

We were satisfied with the assistant and the particular matress we ordered, but not satisfied with a two week delivery date .
