Complexity of quote. But a mistress for £129 and get 20% taken off bed price. I did not need a mattress but I had to have one to obtain discount. Most frustrating.and made no sense at all. Just about to go back to bensons next door and he included free installation. Paid more for the bed to be fair than bensons but salesman made the difference. A quietly spoken young man called Pete, nice chap. Happy Sunday, happy smiley sleep time soon. Thanks for asking 👍😆

The assistant was helpful and not too pushy. He made a lot of effort to track down the specific sheets we wanted.

Everything in the store was great, James the Sales guys was very friendly and knowledgeable. He placed our order (Sunday), we guessed at a convenient delivery date (in store without diary) James advised there would be no problem to change the date once we get home if we realise its not convenient. It wasn't so the next day (Monday) I tried to change delivery date online - system would not allow so I called to ask for change, James couldn't do it due to system issues, gave me a number to call which I did do (he said he could call them for me but I opted to call myself in order to discuss more convenient dates), once through to Customer Services they advised that they couldn't change the date on the system at all. That the mattress had already been 'picked' and that they could not give me any other date. There is a period of 18 days between order and proposed delivery and I'm not allowed to change at all. How rigid and inconvenient after I've been told I would be able to change. Its not that I've even left it a while to try to change the date. So annoyed. We were very happy with James' service, then once handed over its all gone downhill. Your system doesn't work effectively.

It wasn't the colleagues fault but the system kept crashing while placing our order which ended up taking a very long time
