I asked about military discount and was told this was not offered, we went ahead and placed our order. We have since been informed military discount of 10% is offered.

I have not received item purchased but overall quite satisfied with the service

We were told the price on the mattress we wanted had increased, but there was nothing the salesman could do as he had to abide by the prices quoted. We had been into the store to look around two days previously. We went in Boxing Day as there was a sale on and we had hoped for a reduction sale price. But we found the price had increased by £40

Still awaiting the delivery of the order as per agreement . However happy with the service and those items collected from store .

The best place where we was understood and where we was nice surprised about the products and staff. We had loads of choices and loads of opportunities to choose what we like and to find our best sleep comfort. We are happy for choosing dreams shop .

Ordered the mattress and 2 pillows for £1309. The finance application was a breeze but it was referred and I couldn't complete the order on the same day, I have to drive to the store two days later, on the other side of town to sign the e agreement.

The service was great but when buying the mattress we were told the insurance covered more than it actually does. I only found out when I read the small print later. That being said I probably still would have taken out the insurance.
