My mother used the diagnostic bed and afterwards felt dizzy. We realised afterwards that she should not have used it as she has a pacemaker. A warning would be sensible. Luckily she seems ok.

Speed of finance was poor. I was made aware that the offer may not be available due to the finance not being agreed before the offer ended. I was told after the finance cleared that they would honour the deal but the uncertainty was not a good customer experience. The alternative was to pay double the deposit to start the order - I declined.

Staff member was alone so was having to juggle his time and attention between 3 sets of customers. Service was as good as possible though and he achieved as good a balance as could be expected.
