Peter was very helpful and showed us the range of Tempur products that were on offer from the store. He also showed us into the Tempur experience pod for the 8 minute of the beds. Showed us the range of pillows that were also available. Let us try the beds & pillows for as long as we wanted to - went through all the options for head boards & duvans available with the mattresses.

The bed I was looking for was on display right in front of the entrance and was on offer so I didn't have to look far to find what I was looking for. I was served by Carl who was very helpful and amiable. I was so impressed with the value that I ordered another one as an afterthought so now have 2 beds arriving soon. The transaction was stress-free and, when I decided on my second purchase, a quick phone call was all it took to add the item to my existing order.

Your representative Carl was one of the best I've dealt with in any store. His knowledge was first class and he was not at all pushy. Being in Sales myself for over 35 years it was very refreshing. As a result of this I only checked your price with one other supplier an then placed the order.

Shopping was a very pleasant experience. Carl was on hand to answer questions but allowed us the freedom to try the products on our own without pressure.

Carl our salesman was very professional and helpful. We arrived needing some advice and felt as if we received it. He didn't "push" products on us and rely helped us decide which was the best bed for our needs and budget.

Staff were very helpful and friendly bu t gave us plenty of space to choose whilst providing any information we needed. Very quick ordering once we'd chosen too.
