Carl our salesman was very helpful knowledgeable and attentive. He made the purchase easy and we felt happy to go ahead with his help. ALso the company guarantee made it easy to commit to the purchase should we have made a mistake which if so would probably be our fault in choosing not his input. I am very impressed with the store and would recomend it to friends and family - in fact I have already done so.

I needed a new mattress, possibly a bed. After 30 minutes of looking and assistance I had ordered a satisfactory bed, mattress plus a mattress protector, 10 year guarantee, delivery and removal of the old bed. I had no problems and didn't feel I'd been cheated on the price or extras. Just the right level of sales assistance was applied.

We bought a bed from your shrewsbury store last year as were in the throws of moving houses and the sales assistant was very helpful and we paid a deposit and put the rest of the amount on 10 monthly payments, we have just paid the final deposit and needed a new mattress so we thought we would go back the the same store and do the same deal and pay the deposit and put the rest over 10 months interest free when we went back to do this the salesman who was excellent in dealing with us 12 months ago served us again and actually remembered us from the last visit he was brilliant in helping us make the right choice in store also he blew up some ballons for my which kept him quiet 2hile we filling in the forms - the salesman's name was Carl and he is a credit to your company Regards paul barkley.

Able to get I wanted, reasonable price, service was good, there when I wanted it but not intrusive.

Helpful staff. We were given time to explain just what we wanted.
