I was assisted by Adam who was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me. Excellent customer service. Very happy with the range and price of the products available.

We went out to buy a guest mattress and were back home within an hour with a delivery date of just a few days and with the arrangement to take the old mattress away. It was very efficient.

The manager of the store and the team were very welcoming and professional, Dave was extremely helpful and his product knowledge was second to none. At no point were we made to feel rushed or pushed into purchasing something we didn’t want.

I visited both dreams and bensons on the same day and Dreams customer service wins hands down. During COVID life can be challenging but the way in which you still manage to be welcoming is a credit to the store. Well done!

We didn’t catch the man’s name who help us at the Shrewsbury store but he was AMAZING! He was very patient with me and my partner on deciding which bed and mattress was best for us. This was our first time buying a bed from a professional store so we had no idea what we were looking for. He took the time (nearly 2 hours) to talk us through every possible option there was for us and explained everything very clearly so that we could make the right decision. He gave us time to process and think about what we wanted. We did not once feel pressured into committing or purchasing anything which in other professional stores we were (not dreams). I wish we got the mans name who helped us because he was just amazing!!
