FRIENDLY HELPFUL AND NOT TO PUSHY

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. She was fantastic with our daughters and helped us keeping them occupied whilst we had a look around and made our final decision on which product we wanted. She made a very clear understanding the difference between each bed and was very knowledge able and helpful in helping us find the right mattress for us. During the purchase she made it extremely clear what we were paying for and took her time to make sure we understood all of the guarantees and that we were happy and understood everything. I would strongly recommend friends and family to shop at the Shrewsbury store.

The assistant Debbie was very patient with us as we had our 6 children with us and made everything very easy to understand.

I got everything I wanted and was given helpful advice and did not feel under any pressure. I was also given a cup of tea!

Staff were helpful without being pushy. Friendly staff that answered all our questions. Good selection of Beds and good range of prices.

The Sales Assistant (Aaron Bates) was extremely knowledgeable about the products and very friendly and helpful. There was a good range of options to choose from and a variety of prices. It seemed genuinely important to him that we made the right choice of bed and that we were happy with our purchase. More shops should have assistants like him.

I was able to purchase what I wanted immediately items were available for delivery within 5 days. Sales assistant was very effucient & professional.
