Aaron was the gentleman who assisted us and he made the experience so enjoyable for us. He was approachable, attentive, had great product knowledge and was able to confidently advise us based on our needs. He thoroughly explained everything without being coercive, making us feel comfortable to take our time in talking through our ideas and trying out the mattresses. We spent over two hours in the shop. The quality of the products and attractiveness of them was also very pleasing and meant that did not wish to shop around as we were completely satisfied with the products we had decided to purchase.

All help given in a friendly and professional manner but without being over pushy. Full marks to your sales team at Shrewsbury and your delivery men Ryan and Gregory.

Very pleasant staff, not overwhelmed with choice but glad to find the beds wee had already seen at another store in stock and on sale.

Carl the sales assistant was extremely helpful and understood we had a budget to keep too and we felt he treated us as well as he would of had we had been purchasing a top of the range bed.

Our visit was aided by the fact we had done our online research prior to the store visit, this made it easier for us to explain our requirements and allowed the shop attendant to get to our desired product a lot quicker and easier, however he did give us a number of options before arriving at our final choice!

Good quality products in a well-laid out and clean store, with really friendly and helpful service from staff - made to feel welcome and not pressurised into making a decision about what to buy. Given as much time as I wanted, on two visits to look around to inspect and test the various beds on offer. Overall very pleased indeed with the staff and service offered.
