Assistant was really helpful without being pushy

The "salesperson" was extremely helpful; he had excellent product knowledge, did not pressure us, and was personable. Unfortunately the computer system was not working as well as it should have been but he overcame all the problems and gave us very good assistance.

Debbie the manager really helped me. I was in a panic because my daughter had broke her bed and i needed something fast and cheap. She couldnt do more to help me. Fantastic really really happy. We be returning in the near future to see debbie because we need a mattress for ourselfs. Thank you!!

Both the final salesman Carl and his previous colleague in the Shrewsbury store provided every assistance in deciding which product to go for, even going the "extra mile" in providing an in store pillow to help us make that final decision. Their knowledge of the product was and appeared outstanding.

We wished to purchase a new good quality mattress.... initially I looked on the Dreams website for information/reviews on the hypnos mattress. I contacted the local branch of Dreams at Shrewsbury & spoke to Carl. I was immediately impressed with his customer manner & knowledge of the item. Very helpful.
