Well presented store, found the new bed and mattress we wanted, store assistant answered all questions and sale quick - even given a cup of tea!

I was very impressed with the service I received from Carl, Shrewsbury branch, a couple of weeks ago when purchasing a hypnos mattress that I did not hesitate in returning to seek his advice on a second mattress for the guest room. I was not disappointed on either visit.

Great selection of beds/mattresses to choose from. Debbie provided all the details I needed to help me make my selection. She was very helpful, patient and efficient. I didn't feel under any pressure, which is always important when shopping for such an item. I must also say that the young male assistant who offered us coffee, (whose name I don't know), was also delightful. The 40 days allowed to ensure your customers are happy with their choice is amazing. I have already recommended DREAMS to others.

I am a returning customer because I was delighted with the service, range and quality of beds and the competitive prices on previous 2 occasions. I needed another double bed and on my return, my expectations were met in full. Having explained my requirements, the staff were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable abou relevant products and current offers. Availability, delivery dates and finance options were explained clearly and efficiently and all questions answered. As a result I bought the before that matched all my purchase criteria. Was served by a lady called DEBBIE who was very helpful and also new her stuff she helped us to make a right decision and even offered us a drink while she processed our order she had a smile on her face and very polite even though my partner couldnt speak good English she took her time to understand her < very pleased and we left the store happy knowing we got good service and got ourself a dream bed.
