My wife and I were looking to purchase a new matress and we popped into the Dreams store in Shrewsbury. The salesman Carl was very helpful throughout and had an excellent knowledge of the items in store. Because of this we ended up purchasing additional items.

Aaron in the Shrewsbury store was a delightful person to deal with. He made us feel important as a customer, listened and helped us decide, with our many queries and confusion prior to going to the store. We nearly thought we wanted something then ended up with a top of the range bed we had previously dismissed on price (Tempur!) we are looking forward to it arriving...

The store was being refurbished, but the person I dealt with ( Peter Dawson) was very professional and attended to me regardless of what was going on in the store. He is a credit to the company.

Staff listened to what I wanted and gave me options based upon that. Very friendly and gave us plenty of time. Didn't feel rushed or under any pressure.
