As soon as I entered the store in Shrewsbury, Debbie greeted us both in a friendly and professional manner. We were left to browse at ou leisure but knew that Debbie was available to answer any questions we may have. Her knowledge was really valuable and my mother was able to buy a bed, mattress and bedding in one visit! Thank you.

We were assisted in a very professional way, in spite of this being the salesman's first day. His knowledge of the furniture, and his job were to be admired.

Wasn't jumped upon as soon as i walked through the door. The assistant (Debbie) only enquired if i wanted any help once i'd made eye contact with her. She understood my needs & took me to try the beds which would be best suited for me. Once i'd decided that a memory foam mattress was better than pocket sprung or spring/memory gel, then she directed me to 3 or 4 beds to try out. was advised to spent at least 5 minutes on each bed to see which was the best one for me. She left me to do this on my own. She also gave me a couple of memory foam pillars to try. She checked on me a couple of times to see if i was ok & if i wanted a drink. She didn't put any pressure on me or tried a hard sale technique, allowing me to decide for myself. Once i'd decided on my mattress & pillar, she was very professional in dealing with my order & delivery date. She clearly explained the terms & conditions. I didn't feel any pressure to buy & there was no hard sell, which i like.

Could not have asked for any better assistance with buying a bed and mattress. Knew very little about bed types/mattresses when entering the store and staff were brilliant in showing me around all of the different types of beds and allowing me to try plenty of different mattresses, plenty of patience whilst I made decisions and went back and forth between different models. Overall a very welcoming experience in store, and extremely friendly and approachable staff. Made a task that could have been very difficult for me extremely easy and a relaxing experience.

Friendly, helpful staff

Friendly helpful staff, with a 'relaxed professionalism'. We had been in to look 3 weeks before and he remembered us and what we'd been looking at. I was interested in the temperature regulating mattresses so was pleased there were several to choose from, and the option of having our old mattress taken away was a major factor in our decision.

Good friendly service very helpful assistant, Carl, who knew his product range, easy to deal with, and place order, if delivery is as promised everything will be satisfactory.
