I explained to the assistant what I wanted and how much I wanted pay. Job done.

The staff member who served us was fabulous. We enquired about several different options and each time he found out about colour, availability, style that we wanted and also made suggestions based on what we had asked for. Nothing was to much trouble and he helped make the whole experience less stressful.

The Sales Advisor was polite and very knowledgable, I made it clear that I didn't have much time and he processed my order quickly and efficiently. I was only looking to get ideas on what style of bed to go for but the combination of the Sales Advisor's non pushy approach coupled with finding a great looking bed at a reasonable price meant I ended up purchasing there and then.

The lady who helped me was as I would expect from a person in the customer service industry however, sadly they are not all like her. Very helpful and pleasant throughout my visit.

The gentleman who served us was bright and cheery. He was a delight to do business with. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic!

Friendly, non-high pressure selling. Very good product knowledge.

Carl the salesman was very helpful and polite.

Debbie was excellent in both her knowledge of product and her customer approach. Made our visit a good experience.

I was served by Debbie, who was very helpful, and understanding of my needs. My order was processed quickly and delivery date was organised. Top marks for the service.
