Was just looking at a potential purchase for a bed and after general information. Carl at the Shrewsbury branch made the whole trip and experience fantastic. Great product knowledge, honest advice and due to that and how he treated me, I brought my purchase date forward by quite a few weeks. Couldn't recommend Carl and the branch enough. Great service. The sales assistant was able to explain in detail the different types of matteresses and then tailored them to our needs. He allowed us time to make a decision and then quickly and competently dealt with the order.

The manager of the Shrewsbury store Aaron was most obliging. He was polite and helpful and wanted us to be happy with our purchase from the store. Our communication was so good that we discussed his love of cricket and mine of Rotary - we hit that level of understanding. We were looking for a new mattress for the bed we bought at Dreams some years ago. Being fussy over our mattress requirements we were unsure as to the ability of the store to live up to the last visit. On entering the sales room and meeting the assistant and probing his product knowledge our reservations were soon put to rest. He knew his product range gave straight forward and pertinent advise whilst giving us room to make our decision. As my wife and I are both technical sales people we left the store feeling we had been served in a manner in which we would serve our customers, professional, curteous and concise.

We found everything we needed with the help of Carl and are order was placed quickly and without any issues.
