The overall service was excellent.

Adam was fantastic, came over at just the right time as contemplation set in. We had an idea before we walked in and he opened our thoughts with analysis machine. We walked through the recommendations but took onboard what we said and did not push the machine recommendation which made us feel free to choose. We selected a mattress different to what we came in for and not a machine recommended on so very happy. We were given water and made to feel relaxed. The check out process was smooth and we will definitely come back as first choice.

Superb professionalism from Charlotte who was spot on with her ability to inform without being pushy.

Charlotte was very helpful but also allowed us space to brows without the “hard sell” that can be very off putting. She came up with good suggestions regarding divan choice/style. Her knowledge was much appreciated. Looking forward to our new bed arriving!!!

We were seen quickly . Adam was very friendly he got us to try different mattress as we wanted the motion 800i bed . Explained everything about the product . Offered us a bottle of water . We were happy so put the order through.

One thing I hate when shopping for a big purchase is sales staff following you around and trying to secure the sale regardless. Dreams acknowledged our arrival and we’re not pushy at all, great experience overall
