Carl was a fantastic sales assistant who was polite, entertaining and very knowledgeable about the products on sale. He made the whole buying experience enjoyable which is unusual as I don't normally enjoy spending money. He really is an asset to your company.

Carl was very helpful (without being pushy or invasive), friendly and knowledgable. Product information imparted was clear and straight forward and very important in helping us make the purchase decision. We left feeling satisfied that we had made the best possible choice for our needs.

I am unable to say whether I am satisfied with the product as I have had to order it and do not receive it until February. However the staff in the Shrewsbury store were charming and very helpful and this made a great deal of difference when ordering.
