Pete was friendly, helpful and had a good knowledge of the products on offer.

Went into the Shrewsbury branch looking for a mattress, I couldn't recommend Carl enough. Wasn't pushing any products on us and actually spent a lot of time finding what would be best for us, even when the little one was playing up he didn't get annoyed he interacted with him. He made what I thought was going to be a stressful experience into an easy enjoyable experience so thank you.

I have very specific needs due to a medical condition I have and I found the staff very helpful and attentive with a willing ness to listen to want I need and recommend your products. I was then left to make my mind up with no sales pressure,

The assistant helped us without pressuring us and left us to look around but gave enough advice for us to make an informed choice

The assistant was very helpful, suggesting every product he knew of that would meet our needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

We were greeted on arrival, asked about our requirements, shown which beds were firm, natural fibres etc, shown the sale items, allowed to try all the beds that fitted our criteria. Carl the assistant did not pressure us into buying anything, he left us to try the beds but was available when we needed him. The paying and delivery details were efficiently dealt with.

Your sales assistant has very knowledgeable about the product and also very helpful, he helped us with very question we asked and knew exactly what he was talking about
