Dreams - Shrewsbury

We wanted a new mattress but when we walked in the store we were daunted by the choice. Carl came to us on explained the different types of construction and narrowed it down for us to a type and explained the colour code system operated in the shop. Great help from Carl (B124)

The gentleman that assisted us with our purchase was so friendly and helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he was great in helping us choose the right bed and mattress for our needs. Would recommend our family and friends buying from your Shrewsbury store.

We went in for a bed and bought one of a very helpful assistant Pete who answered all our questions and queries. Very satisfied up to now and are hoping to receive the bed later on this month as promised.

peter the young man who served us on our visit was very knowledgeable very helpful but at the same time did not pressure us into a purchase he gave us good advice like trying two mattress and then discarding one leaving us with the perfect mattress (hopefully) for us. Iwould recommend the Dreams shop to anyone .

The team member that served us (Pete) was very friendly and knowledgeable. We got the furniture we wanted on a good deal and we were given great advice on mattresses. Shopping with 3 children is very stressful but the store didn't seem fazed by it at all

Attentive, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Aaron served me and he asked me questions so he new my requirements. Whole experience was quick, professional and Aaron carried my purchase to the car and spent time helping me get said purchase into my car as it was somewhat bulky! He advised me on what to do with item when home! I will definitely return to dreams! This was the first time I have visited or purchased any items but was very impressed.

Visited three stores but under no pressure in the dreams store to buy.
