We were not pressured into buying anything and were assisted when requested. The staff were most helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to do our shopping for a bed.

Debbie, sales adviser, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was greatly understanding of our needs and able to find a suitable product for us. We felt valued as a customer and would recommend her services to our friends.

The young man who served us. Pete, was very helpful and polite. He couldnt have been better. He's a credit to the store.

The staff were attentive but not pushy,left us to take our time.They explained the different construction methods well,and encouraged us to try out different beds,providing extra pillows as well.

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales man . Nothing was too much trouble in helping with my needs , I suffer from Parkinson's disease but he helped me get around and made my visit comfortable

The young salesman at dreams store in shrewsbury(PETER) was extremely informative ,very polite,and answered all our questions ,which resulted in a sale,we will be visiting the store again in the near future and will be requesting PETER to assist us in our future purchases.

The staff were able to answer all the questions we had. Peter Dawson at the Shrewsbury branch was very helpful and professional. He had good knowledge about the kind of mattress we were after and was able to show us a couple of mattresses, one of which we bought. We were offered refreshments whilst going through the order and thought the extra cover was good value for money. The staff who delivered our mattress (a week later!!!! Other shops told us up to a month for delivery) Jag and Nick were very professional and kind. The whole customer experience was easy and swift and we are very happy with our purchase which we found excellent value. Thank you.
