Very helpful assistant, such a pleasant young man,special ly as I am over 70 and partially deaf.He was very patient and explained everything knowing I couldn't,t hear very well.

Pete and Carl were friendly and knowledgeable. Carl even made me a coffee while I waited for my preferred assistant to become free

Debbie the store manager was very friendly, knowadgeable and offered appropraite advice dueong the sales.

The in store shopping experience was enhanced by the fact we were able to browse with out constant pressure from a salesman. When we did require assistance it was immediately available and once our query was answered we were left to continue to browse in private. At no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase. In this instance following the advice of the salesman we were recommended a different product which saved us a considerable amount of money.

Well, I went in to look only at the prices of Beds , not really to buy that day. But , I found what I needed ,and decided to buy anyway . Competent salesman? Yes.

I was immediately spotted entering the store and was asked if I needed assistance. I was the shown what I wanted to know and helped choose what I needed Assistant called Aaron I think in the Shrewsbury store,

The price and quality seem good but the attitude of Peter the service given by him was superb.

We were highly delighted by our experience at the Shrewsbury branch. We were greeted by Peter who guided us to what we were asking for. He was extremely helpful pleasant and knew about your products.We were offered refreshments while he put our order through which he did carefully checking with us to make sure everything was correct. Thank you Dreams we will definitely be shopping again at Shrewsbury branch . Well done!
