Dreams - Shrewsbury

We visited the Shrewsbury store. Carl was really helpful and informative. He took time to explain all of the options available to us with the advantages and disadvantages of each option. He was knowledgable and honest with his detail.

Peter was the sales advisor who helped me choose my first bed and mattress along with wardrobe and drawers. He was helpful when it came to choosing what mattress I was looking for. Also looked at sizing so I couldn't work out what could fit in the room. Wasn't pushy and gave me time to speak to my mum about the products that were available.

Pete the sales Advisor was very efficient , friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very good shopping experience.

Liked the staff as not too pushy but advised us well.

Friendly helpful staff

Debbie the manageress who served me took a lot of time even though it was technically her lunch break, she didn't mention this I only knew because someone was waiting for her but she wouldn't be rushed in dealing with me and made sure that I purchased the right bed for my needs. In my opinion she went the extra mile and was very patient with an OAP (me.)

The assistant -Carl was very helpful and with his knowledge of the products on offer was able to help us with our purchase - and also give us all the answers to our many questions.

Pete was very knowledgeable and helpful. He seemed to know when to back away so we could discuss cost and options and step back in when we needed help and advice. Pete never overcrowded us and yet was there with a cup of tea to help us relax and take our time. We did not feel under pressure at any time. Great Experience

we came into the store to see what we had viewed online. Carl was able to direct us immediately to the items. he was also gave us space and time to discuss our needs without being intrusive.
