The sales team were friendly, approachable and knew what they were talking about, advising on the products and testing out the differ mattresses and pillows.

The assistant (Aaron) was excellent, he listened to what i wanted, he showed us a number of products that met my requirement. And he let us think and discuss. nothing! Nothing was too much trouble, moving mattress, changing slats - brilliant Can't wait to get the item

My wife and myself were welcomed to your Shrewsbury store by Debbie, who was most helpfull in assisting us in our selection of our final purchase. She has a wonderful nature of customer service and competance, and indeed fully customer orientated, making our visit a very relaxing and pleasurable experience. She is a member of your staff that you can be fully confident in, and proud to have her as an exceptional employee.

Pleasant store to look round , info on beds easy to understand . Staff helpful but not pushy. Very good price in sale. Shocked at price.......long time since bought a new mattress!!!! Awaiting delivery, hope quality matches price, But pleased with product in store.

Debbie, met us politely early on in our arrival but left us to have a look. She invited us to test the beds, and provided us with refreshments. She very capably explained the difference in the beds, and explained the 40 day exchange, if we picked the wrong firmness. A very pleasant shopping experience with some excellent bargains. All explained very well indeed.

Debbie was brilliant. She asked all the right questions, was very knowledgeable about the various options and knew when to give us space to think. She also upsold the insurance and other offer items gently but expertly. She also made a fab cup of coffee!
