The assistant was very knowledgable and explained everything very well while not over selling.

Whilst choosing a complete bed package for my elderly father, Adam at the Shrewsbury store provided amazing service. Well explained, informative, no pressure, care and patience were exemplary from Adam. It made the shopping experience so much easier with my fathers physical limitations. Adam should be praised and highly valued as part of the Dream (Shrewsbury) store.

Charlotte was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the computer system was not working that day, my details were taken and she called me back within half an hour of me leaving the store and continued with the order over the phone whilst being apologetic about your system being down.

We were greeted by wes who was very informative but not pushy and available when we needed him and made us feel comfortable was great being served by a decent salesman with a sense of humour

I was served by Charlotte and she was brilliant - she was very friendly and approached to see if I needed help, but it felt there was no pressure. She helped me figure out what type of mattress would be best for me, made sure everything was sanitised as I tried a few, and speedily helped me place an order. She was professional, and I felt she knew what she was talking about, but was really lovely to talk to as well.

We were assisted in every way to help us to know what mattress fitted our needs. Lots of questions were asked about allergies and back troubles etc. I loved the personal touch of using our Christian names.

I received immediate attention and was well guided through the options available to me. Charlotte showed me examples of what I was asking for and allowed me to test mattresses so I think I have chosen a bed and mattress that will serve me well.

I was looking for a quality mattress but had a budget to stick to. Dave who served me (I think he is the Manager) was VERY helpful, providing good information on sleep patterns and associated mattress types. I thought the sleep assessment set up was very good and reassuring. We will be going back soon as I want to replace my master bedroom mattress and really liked the Flaxby range. My overall impression was that Dave just wanted to sell me the right mattress for me, irellevant of price and any sales target items. Being a health and safety professional I was pleased to see all this was done in a Covid Secure environment

The store manager came across highly Experienced and very helpful. Made the whole process of buying 2 new mattresses much easier and quicker. Would highly recommend to friends and family
