friendly helpful staff who tried hard to find us what we wanted

All staff were incredibly friendly and were of great assistance. Items purchased were on display and staff were incredibly helpful as this was my first time purchase. A great job by all at Shrewsbury Dreams store.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we have got what we wanted.

It was quick and i got what i needed/wanted and didn't waste to much time in the store.

I was attended to by Carl in your Shrewsbury store, he was very helpful. Although he was very professional it was also nice to have general happy banter with your staff it makes you happier when spending a lot of money. Overall a pleasant shopping experience Carl- ( Snuffles ) despite having bad hay fever kept smiling. He iam sure is a valuable member of you team.

Because I could try the beds for as long s I liked and I was even offered a cup of tea or coffee while I was resting ! The staff were so friendly and pleasant.

Aaron the sales assistant was understanding,not pushing and patient with us whilst we ummed and ahhed. There was no pressure at all and he made everything straight forward

Debbie was very friendly, wasn't pushy in selling things. Left us to think about things for ourselves and she offered good advice.
