Although planning to buy a new mattress at some point in the future, the purpose of our visit was just to gather information and look at mattresses in order to help us make a decision when we were ready to purchase. The young man who attended to my husband and I was very helpful and provided all the details we needed. We were so pleased with our visit that we decided to purchase there and then. We are now looking forward to taking delivery of our new Tempur mattress.

I am a returning customer having purchased a bed from Dreams 9 years ago. I had undertaken online research before visiting the store; I arrived at the Shrewsbury store knowing the mattress I wished to purchase - Flaxby range. We entered the store and as soon as Carl realised that we needed his assistance he was with us but it was obvious that he would have left us to browse if that was what we had wanted. Obviously he has a great ability to 'read' his customers! He was extremely knowledgable and informative. A pleasure to have been advised by such a personable representative.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff who know their products well and take time to ensure customer satisfaction. The shop itself has a pleasant atmosphere and one does not feel rushed or imposed upon.

I had research your products on line so basically knew which ones I wanted to look at and try out. The assistant pointed me to the one I had preferred on line and gave me some extra information which enabled me to select that mattress. I did not want to buy on line without seeing and trying it out. He also told me of your 40 day guarantee and other offer.

From entering the store, there was no pushy salesman, just someone with an excellent customer service and the knowledge to guide us at our own pace, towards a varied selection of products for us to choose from. At no time did we feel that we had to buy any product and with as much time as we needed to discover for ourselves what suited us best, along with the knowledge of the salesperson, all counted for a very pleasurable experience.
