Carl was knowledgable and not at all pushy. He is obviously confident in the products he is selling which had an impact on us.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the products available from Dreams. She was patient and helped us choose both our bed and mattress. We had had our current bed for about 25 years and our mattress for about 10 years so she took the time to help us choose something that would suit our needs. We were also impressed with the 40 day period whereby we can change our mattress if it doesn't suit us.

The sales assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We came at the end of the day on a Friday and he didn't make us feel rushed at all yet was attentive and efficient with dealing with our order. We were very happy.

THE ASSISTANT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL, HE DEMONSTRATED THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE GAVE US TIME TO CONSIDER THEN SPEEDILY DEALT WITH OUR ORDER EXPLAINING DELIVERY ASSEMBLY DETAIL.
